Do not use DPD online. I paid for a delivery. Item was dropped off on the 08th February destination Barbados. The tracking system does not work only to confirm your parcel was picked up. my count hasn't been updated since 19th February.
The lack of care for peoples property and staff are not very aware just like robots. Use DHL or FEDEX where it may be a bit more money but at least you can speak to humans and they know what they are talking about. Don't do it!!!!!!! Waste of money and time!!
