On 29/02/2024 my parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
Despite showing the correct house number, correct street name and town I made a slight error on the postcode. The GPD inexcusably delivered my parcel to an address that beard no resemblance to my address. I have a GPD App with all my contact details. When driver sent to the wrong address why didn't someone contact me to query The chat room on their GPD App is useless. GPD took no responsibility or accountability for their drivers actions. No apology they merely told me to refer the matter to the sender.
