Advised DPD if I was not in to deliver to my neighbour next door. He took a great picture of my front door ( from the road) and never tried my neighbour who was in all day.
Bl%dy useless customer service on 'phone too. It's a long Bank holiday weekend due Easter so instead of being able to complete the work using the part by Saturday it is now (maybe) due a redelivery on Tues 2nd April. Grrrrrrrr.
No customer sympathy nor business ethic.
