Why can't we give no Stars infact it is only worthy of minus!!
Shambolic from the chat to time wasted on the phone..
Told they could not deliver..only realised after they failed to deliver the second time that they don't actually try to!! I stupidly paid extra to ensure delivery & they never came anywhere near!!
Time slot 12-18.00 at 16.00 failed attempt (only they didn't!!) Then they were shut!! 2 hrs before my delivery slot had even finished! A joke, a disgrace!!! Why do companies use them?!
