I was missing the delivery for multiple times so I waited at the front gate ten minutes before the scheduled delivery time, as the online tracking showed the driver was ten minutes away. But then I watched the driver pass by my house without stopping, and just one minute later, I received a message saying I missed the package. It goes on for few times.
One day I saw the delivery van at different location and asked the driver to give me the parcel directly. If I didn't saw that van that day, I will never receive my parcel. What a horrible service!
