Shocking and dishonest !
I am waiting in for a parcel and I have just received an email to say Sorry I was not in and they will reschedule along with a photo of a random house. I have tried to speak with someone obviously to no avail. They need to learn to tell the truth and say Sorry we can’t deliver the driver can not be bothered so thought he would just lie about it ! Don’t worry about me sitting indoors waiting for the parcel Well done DPD I am sure you are proud of the dishonesty and service you provide !
