Horrible experience,the driver parked in disabled bay and wanted me to come down to pick up my parcel ,I told him that I have a bad back and am off work .
I struggled to come down ,the driver then drove wrong way on one way road (Coleridge Way ) to give my parcel .
I had already told the contact centre about my bad back and how they tried to deliver it to the wrong address yesterday .
I don’t know how are these people allowed to drive vans as they don’t seem to be aware of driving laws at all .
