I had a txt telling me my parcel (two wall units from ikea) were going to be delivered to my local pick up point tomorrow? I paid for nxt day delivery to my address! How on earth can a disabled pensioner get two flat pack wall units into a tiny car!!! Ikea confirmed I'd booked home delivery but I can't e enough get hold of dpd directly...its beggars belief...how on earth is this company still operating, the ceo's and share holders should be prosecuted....its criminal
