The driver called Zhasmina has a habit of not ringing my bell, reporting that I am not home, and sending my parcel to a pick up store. This happened at least 5 times. One time, this person left a very expensive delivery outside in the main door and it got stolen. There was no way to complain about the driver and there was no easy way to complain to DPD (no email). The app is useless and so is the customer service by phone for any kind of meaningful feedback about the delivery. Believe me, if you are sending important deliveries, you absolutely do not want to take a chance and use DPD and ended up losing money. They won't listen to you and feedbacks are not taken seriously. Hence, this driver had managed to continue with being irresponsible and unprofessional. I have a small business and I changed my fulfilment from DPD to another company. I will never vouch for DPD for my family and friends.
