Driver failed to deliver, took a photo of a sign and failed to read it properly.
Filled out redelivery form and driver still sent back yo sender which has happened on numerous occasions.
Phone customer services: told they would redeliver as i requested. They lied.
Phone again and nothing they can fo.
All in all an utterly incompetent firm with useless staff
