The 20kg heavy parcel was left in a public communal hallway. The lazy person did not ring so I could let him through the door to my apartment. He has the audacity to record it as being delivered to me.
I have severe back problems and cannot lift a parcel of that size and weight.
There is a notice on the front door of the building informing delivery services that parcels has to be taken to the residents apartment and not left in a public space.
Absolutely disgusting. Now I can’t even add photos to my complaint!
