Was told that my delivery was on it's way that the driver was on delivery number 67 and I was number 69 so not to miss the delivery I went and stood by my front door next thing it updates to a missed delivery no knock just a picture of my front door taken from the road tried calling customer service by none of the numbers work so ended up on a text chat which was as usefully as a chocolate manhole cover it turns out the poor drivers are paid by completed deliveries only so if like mine it has to be signed they might not bother as it takes to long so no delivery a day wasted waiting for it a really poor delivery company there are better ones out there so if your sending a parcel use a delivery company that cares
