Awful service and the online chat doesn't help.
I have tried to have a parcel delivered 4 times, each time during the day when I am at work, I am given no warning or window for when the delivery will be made.
Apparently they are unable to leave in a safe place, or with a neighbour or at a time that would actually suit me.
If I had the choice I would never use this company as I dont understand how it can be so hard to deliver a parcel.
