Paid for next day delivery.
Order was picked up early by DPD from vendor, returned home from work the following day to find out the order hasn't arrived, called DPD to make sure it was coming and was assured by a customer service agent that contacted the local depot it would definitely arrive....
It absolutely didn't!
Don't use DPD if you need something on time, or an honest answer from a customer service rep.
