Driver didn’t even bother to attempt delivery despite me being home all day.
Called customer service and their advice was most drivers don’t bother to knock so for the re-arranged delivery add instructions to knock!! Seriously!
The customer service lady then stopped talking to me mid sentence and started a conversation with her colleagues ignoring me completely, I could hear everything she was saying including complaining that she doesn’t want to be there dealing with this and just wants to go home!
Worst customer service and delivery service ever!
