I sent an item in June 2024. They lost a parcel and cost me £1500!!! I put a claim in, they did not care whatsoever.
They found half of the parcel a month later, they delivered it to my address with missing items!!
I put a second claim in, they rejected this. Overall, I really would not recommend. They have lost a really expensive item and cost me a sale. The staff are incompetent, rude online and simply cannot understand my basic points.
Also - the parcel was MASSIVE!! How they managed to lose this item is beyond me, unless it was stolen.
