We haven't received our parcel yet and the rubbish excuses I have been given, from,
1 : driver couldn't find our address,
2 : didn't have our phone number.,
3 : unable to contact driver, even following day.
4 : day wasted waiting in and not even contacted to say no delivery.
Excuses don't wash.
Following day told by another assistant, parcel is lost, sender has to raise issue.
No help to me.. At least one assistant told the truth.
