Terrible postal service. Several times now I've stayed home awaiting my package but they never ring the door and just say they couldn't deliver the it. Then they send it to a pickup parcel shop that's not even closest to you, and there's no way to put up a favorite parcel shop for them to delivery it to, even if you make an account on their website.
Avoid using this service at all costs.
