2 parcells from M&S appear to have been "rerouted". What does that mean for my parcells, am I going to receive them as it is 2 days passed the expected delivery date. They then ststed that they were very busy, that is why my parcells have not been
delivered. What is the point of M&S using this delivery service if they can't deliver on time.
