"It's simply a terrible company, sorry, but when it comes to services, DPD is just atrocious!! Every time I’m supposed to receive a package from this 'service provider', there are problems! Either it couldn’t be delivered (even though I took the day off and was definitely at home), or they ring the bell once and immediately drive away, the package gets lost, they don't ring at all and just leave a note in the mailbox... this happens 2-3 times... then I have to pick it up myself somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Complaints are only answered with a standard email... This service provider is completely misplaced in the market in many ways... they do whatever they want, and the customer is the fool! In my opinion, DPD should be completely shut down and banned. It’s not just me who feels this way!! (Just look at the many other negative customer experiences)."
