What a stupid idea DPD got for taking pictures with open doors !!!! I don’t want to open my door to any stranger !!!! It could be anyone ! Why can’t I just sign when receive my parcel so I can do so over the gate !
The customer service is shocking ! I hate when my parcels coming with DPD as I know I will have a problem with receiving it. I have 3 big dogs and when am on my own it’s not the easiest to keep them inside with the door open !!!
