DPD has been an absolute nightmare. My parcel was not delivered on time, and to make matters worse, I still haven’t received it. The experience with customer service was appalling. I called to resolve the issue, and the first advisor hung up after claiming she would put me on hold to speak with the depot. Frustrated, I called again, and the second advisor promised to call me back before 6:30 pm after checking with the depot. Unsurprisingly, no call back ever came. What’s even worse is that they lied about the customer service closing time, saying it was 6:30 pm, when it actually closes at 6 pm. The dishonesty, lack of communication, and total disregard for their customers is unacceptable. DPD, you’ve not only failed to deliver my parcel but also failed to provide even the bare minimum level of customer service. I’m beyond disappointed and will think twice before ever using your service again!
