Dreadful service - waited in all day/night for delivery on 16th December 2024. Had a message to say parcel had been left in front porch - My property does not have a porch & why did the driver not knock. Parcel was no where to be found. The photo taking was just a black square no help at all. I have a full refund from the Sender in process. DO NOT USE DPD for any sort of delivery. Hope the driver (Muhammod) njoys the Tunis Cake that was meant for my family.
