Waited in for the parcel to be delivered and received a notification saying we missed the delivery. Checked my cameras and no van in sight. Spoke to customer services who asked me to look at the image the driver had uploaded as they were at my house. The image was a picture of the motorway!
Asked for my parcel to be delivered today as they stated and told there is nothing that can be done.
