Absolutely horrible company, so many reviews saying the same thing about drivers not ringing door bells to avoid delivering parcels. Customer service confirmed the driver did get to my front door but for reasons best known to them, they refused to ring the doorbell ??????
Making a disabled woman pick up the parcel from a shop 3 miles from her home. Customer service apologised and suggested “you could send someone to pick it up”. If I had someone to pick up my parcels I wouldn’t have opted to have it delivered to my house.
Absolutely unacceptable
