Absolutely disappointed with DPD’s service. Delivery drivers consistently ignore drop-off instructions, falsely claim no one is home, and upload random, unrecognizable photos as “proof” of attempted delivery. To make matters worse, packages are redirected to the post office without any notice.
This level of service feels deceptive and unprofessional. DPD needs to seriously review their processes and improve reliability.
