I had a DPD driver who was unable or uncaring enough to read my illuminated house sign, took a photo of a random gate and said he couldn't deliver to us. If you try to sort it out they tell you to download an app and put a photo of your gate on it. Do these people need photo led guidance because their drivers can not read. I ordered a next day item that took five days to be 'out for delivery' still not got it. Avoid avoid avoid.
