Claimed they attempted delivery, no, they didn’t, then said they’d deliver the next day, no they didn’t. Told Amazon they have a photo of proof of delivery and then sent the parcel back to Amazon😡
This isn’t the first time they’ve done this!
No telephone number to speak to anyone at DPD just automated messages.
Rubbish delivery company!
