I have been trying to reach DPD for 3 days... I have spoken more with AI than with my own mum. Not a single living person supports customers, only ai a FAQ-s. Which are all nice until your parcell supposed to redelivered the following day after the first missed delivery, and it simply freeze tracking. No info about my iphone since 3 days. Website-->download app: live chat-->go to the website. Call number-->giving tracking number --> "go to website :), thanks for calling DPD". Contacted Black Market, who contacted to seller, response-> "the seller can't reach the company". So Iphone nowhere nowhere to go only their bot assistant. (not once offered/could request if i want to chat with real advisor)
