The terrible service, try all cost to avoid
I booked for collection of something for delivery for a relative which urgently needed, who is severe ill. I have waited from 9am-5pm, that is collection slot given, but no one turned up, I had to take the time off from work, lost a day learning. I reached customer service and spent 2 hours on the phone and chat, I was told, you have to rebook, that is it!
