DPD never attempted to deliver my parcel. The driver was three miles away when he sent a message saying he attempted delivery. I complainned, DPD confirmed the driver never attempted delivery. They apologised and assured me they would deliver to my home. Just got a message saying they have delivered to the pick up shop.
DPD are a company that allow their drivers to not attempt delivery and it’s your problem not theirs.
