As often with DPD there is a problem with delivery. Driver Paul didn't even come to my address but marked on the app that he tried to deliver. Not only I was at home, but I've got 4 CCTV cameras around my house and shockingly none of them registered the driver trying to make a delivery. After I called customer service trying to find out what has happened, driver details conveniently disappeared from the app.
