The assigned delivery driver did not deliver the package to my address and instead left it at an unassigned location without seeking my confirmation.
This has caused significant inconvenience to me. I have called to the customer service centre and request to change the delivery location. The staff told me he cannot do this even the parcel does not arrive at the collection point. This is so ridiculous! A delivery should be completed only when the package is handed over to the recipient or placed in a designated and agreed-upon location. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear explanation of why the driver failed to follow proper delivery procedures. Additionally, I would appreciate steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
