Appalling company and service.
Had to chase my parcel for three days when paid for next day. On final attempt to deliver to locker I was told driver used wrong information so my parcel is stuck and now has to be sent back to sender- ludicrous!
Customer service is shocking- pass the book. Told there will be no compensation for their failure- will never use again.
