DPD Parcel not delivered as the driver couln't be bothered to drive up the lane to our house. Claimed I was out, when I wasn't, and sent a photo from about 200m away from the house.
Was told delivery would be done be the end of the day, and the driver even called to confirm this, but instead took the parcel back to the depot.
No way to leave negative feed back about the driver - his name is Dziugas working from the Ipswich depot.
Will start asking companies which courier company they use, and if it's DPD just nt do business. Happens too often.
