I am extremely disappointed with DPD's service yet again. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my chosen pick-up point today, but instead, I received a vague message stating, "Sorry, there's a delay with your parcel; this is normally resolved within 24 hours, and we will update you here shortly." No explanation, no accountability, just an empty promise. This is not the first time I've faced issues with DPD—delays and poor communication seem to be their standard practice. It's frustrating to deal with a courier service that consistently fails to deliver on time or provide clear updates. I would not recommend DPD to anyone looking for reliable delivery.
