I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received when I recently called to inquire about my parcel. The call handler was not only unhelpful but also aggressive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Their tone and attitude were unacceptable and made the situation unnecessarily stressful.
Due to the poor handling of the call, I requested to speak with a manager. It’s concerning that someone with such a lack of professionalism is representing your company on the phone. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or dismissed when simply trying to resolve an issue.
I would appreciate a prompt response, along with a proper explanation of how this matter will be addressed to ensure no other customers experience this.
