Dear [Delivery Company], I’m extremely disappointed with the service today. The driver did not knock on the door or attempt to deliver the parcel properly. Instead, they simply took a photo of the door and left. My daughter was in the living room all day, waiting specifically to receive the parcel. Shortly after, I received a message saying, “Sorry we missed you”—which is completely untrue. This isn’t the NOT one time All the time he does has happened.
