AWFUL to say the least!!
No one has taken responsibility for a parcel they damaged during the delivery, even though I paid extra for insurance. Also, paid extra for next day delivery that didn't happen for some reason that I still don't know. Customer service ignored multiple follow-up emails, and even the CEO failed to respond after several reminders. I will absolutely not be using their services again.
