It has been a week now that they have been holding my parcel at their Snetterton depot due to "an unexpected problem". I cannot get through to anyone over the phone, bot chat is super unhelpful. No email, no other way to contacting them. I truly believe they either lost my parcel or it has been stolen at this point.
Never in my life have I had such a horrible service from any other delivery providers. AVOID.
