Dropped a parcel at the DPD drop point. Though the app acknowledged the drop that’s as far as it’s got. The parcel never arrived at its destination. Phone calls, emails, you name it, I did it. “It’s been collected”, “it’s not been collected”, “it had an unreadable scan code” even though the scan code worked perfectly fine to drop the parcel. Investigation raised and still no response. Complete stonewalling from DPD. Last response “we promise to respond within two hours”. Three hours later, still no response. Absolutely raging. So disrespectful it’s untrue
