It sounds like my story is typical.
I am at home expecting a dpd parcel. The driver doesn’t turn up and says nobody was in so they delivered the parcels to the local store.
An other time, they said they delivered to a neighbour but I received a message from a local shop saying they have my parcel.
Very frustrating!
