Ordered letterbox brownies for birthday present and they arrived 1 day late..the box was burst at one side then sellotaped...two brownies had bits missing with no broken bits in the box so assume contents fell out and then put back in the box...
The driver should have asked recipient if willing to accept damaged goods instead of putting box through letter box
