Parcel sent to Australia, arrived in Australia ok. Not delivered as I later found out they don't deliver to PO BOXES, I was not informed of this when the item was accepted. Parcel is supposed be on the way back to the UK? parcel posted 16/6/25 it is now 19/8/25. social media contact ignored. Wrote a letter to them 3 weeks ago and still no reply. Parcel has not been returned either, My details are on the cn22 (Import sticker) .
No excuses really. First time using DPD and the last!. Minus 5 stars useless company and service.
