Unable to add details of how to deliver when not in which I can with all other couriers - just no way of doing on DPD. They say online to access ‘Delivery Manager’ on website so that we can add details for all deliveries to an address - but impossible to do if sender hasn’t added the option. DPD - instead of asking for each and every delivery- where we want it and can’t input details if sender hasn’t allowed - Please save default delivery details for an address when receiver is not in - it’ll save all your delivery vans trying to deliver and having to relocate to another drop off address or attempting re-delivery. Absolute waste of fuel,time and resources for all involved. Get your system up to speed in line with your competitors!!!
