Ordered two parcels from Victoria Secret delivered from America. When they arrived in uk, called the 0844 number to re-arrange a delivery to the advertised pick up shop. After being put through there lengthly automated options I was placed on hold to them be told that the pick up shop was not an available option. So why are they advertising that this is available???
I ended up paying £5 to have my parcel delivered. It them arrived wet and dirty. Totally disgusted with this company and how they are profertering it is an absolute disgrace.
