DPD driver Essa said I wasn't at home when I was. I live in a block of flats and he didn't try to ring the bell or phone me. He took a picture of the outside of our building as 'proof' he 'attempted' to collect.
He then, instead of reattempting delivery, dumped the parcel in a delivery shop for me to collect. There's a reason why people choose delivery specifically and not collection... in this case, as well, it was an urgent delivery that I paid for.
