Utterly incompetent service.
Told me my parcel was on route, then suddenly found they couldn't deliver it "due to
an unexpected issue in my area".
After many painful interactions it transpired the issue was they couldn't locate the parcel.
Despite that, I was told they would deliver it next day which surprise surprise didn't happen!
Eventually my parcel was delivered 5 days late, too late for the gift it was intended, but hey ho what do they care!!!
Abysmal service and unfit tor purpose DPD chat!!!
Will avoid if at all possible.
