One star is too much for this disastrous company. They are getting as bad as Hermes with their delivery failures.
I am given a delivery date but 9 times out of ten it is not met.
When I pay for a 24 hour delivery I expect to get it in 24 hours and not 3 days later.
Stear clear of DPD and do not telephone them as their call rate is premium plus.
