Abysmal Customer Service.
This company are unable to update a post code. I was advised the only way that they could do this was for me to get the company I purchased goods from to contact them to do this.
I did as instructed but DPD have still not updated their system and have sent the parcel to the same incorrect address again.
Due to this inflexibility and incompetence I will have to throw away over £100 worth of perishable goods.
Absolutely disgusting DPD.
You need to to better!
